Return and Refund Policy

                                                                    Ice Cold Drip wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

                                    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all tags and labels. Custom orders and engraved items are not eligible for return.

2. Timeframe:

You have 12 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 12 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact us at sales@icecolddrip.com to initiate the exchange process. We will ship the new item to you once we receive your return.

5. Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement item at no additional charge.
